Email Accounts Over-Quota Advice

If you are over quota in your email account you will need to remember to purge your Trash folder to fully reclaim space. Simply deleting email will move that email to your Trash folder which still uses your quota. Purging trash can be done via the webmail folder list or, for those clients connecting over IMAP, your email client should have an option to 'Empty Trash'.

Alternatively you can also obtain a quota increase by upgrading your account. Go to your 'My Account' page and click on the name of your current email package.
